Exceptionally easy to grow and drought tolerant, the Blue Tears Sedum, also called Corsican Stonecrop, is a low growing, mounding succulent plant perfect for use in well-drained garden beds and container gardens. Its dense foliage to 4 inches tall has small powdery blue succulent leaves that take on a mauve cast with the arrival of cool temperatures in fall and winter. From late spring to mid-summer, butterflies will thank you for the pretty clusters of star-shaped white flowers that rise just above the foliage.  

Growing 3 to 4 inches tall and spreading 12 inches or more wide, Blue Tears Sedum is ideal for use as border along walkways and paths or around patios. Very nice as a crevice plant around rocks and boulders. Also serves nicely as a soil cover in container gardens. A fine addition to rock gardens and succulent gardens.
